Recruitment is a vital part of maintaining our Kappa Delta chapter. While BSC may be a small school, our chapter still encompasses a wide variety of unique and beautiful women who share our common values. We at Alpha Upsilon highlight diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in our recruitment process, and we work to educate our chapter members on unconscious bias and tokenism to try to tear down outdated sorority stereotypes. We love recruitment because every year it helps our sisters grow closer together and opens our chapter up to wonderful new members.
